Creamy Boursin Cheese Pasta with Tomatoes

1. First, cook 1/2lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.

2. Then, add 2 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add 1 pint of cherry tomatoes.

3. Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and pepper and let them cook for a few minutes until they become tender. Squish them (be careful here the juice doesn’t get on you)

4. Next, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Mix together and let the garlic cook for a few minutes. Then, add 1 cup of heavy cream.

5. Mix well then season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder and a little paprika. Add your @boursincheese and mix well.

6. Bring your sauce to a simmer then add your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water, 1/2 cup of Parmesan and a handful of fresh basil.

7. Mix it all together then top with more parm and basil!
