Pumpkin Spaghettios

Ingredients:

• 1/2lb anelli pasta

  • 3 tbsp of butter

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 2 cups + more as needed of chicken broth

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan

  • 1/2 cup Asiago

  • salt/ pepper/ garlic/ onion powder/ paprika and parsley

Recipe:

1. First, add 3 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan in medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add 3 cloves of minced garlic.

2. Cook until fragrant then add 1/2lb of anelli pasta. Mix, then cover with chicken broth. Bring to a simmer then season with salt/ pepper/ garlic/ onion powder/ paprika and parsley.

3. Then, add 3/4 cup of heavy cream and cook for a few more minutes. Add 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree and mix well.

4. Next, add 1/2 cup Parm and 1/2 cup Asiago. Mix well then top with more Parmesan and enjoy!
