Lobster Mac & Cheese Roll

the best of both worlds

Lobster Mac:

1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

2. Add 1lb of cooked lobster meat to a pan on medium heat and toss with 4 tbsp of butter until well coated.

3. Remove from the pan and add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 cloves minced garlic.

4. Cook until fragrant and add 1.5 cups of heavy cream.

5. Bring to a simmer, then turn down the heat and season with salt & pepper.

6. Add cooked pasta, 1 cup of cheddar, 1 cup of mozz , 3/4 cup of Parmesan & a dash of pasta water.

7. Let cook together for a few minutes then add your cooked lobster.

The Bun:

  1. Butter each side of your hot dog bun and add them to a pan on medium heat. Toast them on each side until slightly browned.

  2. Add your lobster Mac to the rolls and top with more parm/ chives for garnish. Top with hot, melted butter, more chives and parm.
